Trying out generative AI systems

As we have seen, generative AI systems are not limited to the creation of images or text. It is also possible to generate other types of media, such as audio or video, or even to create avatars and “bring them to life.”

Since AI systems are developing and changing rapidly, for example with regard to their capabilities and application details, we would like to compile here a current overview of AI systems.

Optional task:
  1. Research current and popular generators related to the creation of images, music/audio, video, or other media. In the context of image generators, for example, lists such as this one or this one can be found. In addition, there are now search engines specifically designed for finding AI tools, such as theresanaiforthat.com, futurepedia.io, or ki-suche.io.
  2. Select two AI systems of your choice. Take into account criteria such as the quality of the results, ease of use, legal frameworks (e.g., those of the EU or the Federal Republic of Germany), data protection, costs, or whether a free trial version is available. For example, popular AI systems for song creation include Udio and Suno.
  3. Let your creativity run free and use the two generative AI systems to create texts, images, music, and/or videos, or to design a memorable meme.
  4. Share your process and your results: Describe your idea, the AI system used, and how you created the product (e.g., the prompt used). Were you able to implement your idea, and did the tool meet your expectations? Please also include the final finished product (such as a generated image).
